My Superfood Smoothie Recipe (serves 2):
1 medium-sized banana
4-5 Strawberries
handful of blueberries
handful of raspberries (or blackberries)
1/2 of a kiwi
8 oz Coconut Water (or more for desired consistency)
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder
1 Tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Greenfoods Protein
1 Teaspoon Maca Extract (for stress-adrenal health)
*May add raw kale and/or spinach to taste and consistency
